Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BubliPop Publisher handles information when it publishes content to the Bubli Pop channel.

1. About this tool

BubliPop Publisher is a personal, owner-operated publishing tool. It is used only by the channel owner to publish original short-form videos to accounts that the owner controls or manages. It is not offered as a public app, does not provide public sign-up, and is not used to manage third-party channels.

2. Information the tool processes

The tool processes local video files selected by the owner and the associated publishing information, such as titles, descriptions, thumbnails, upload status, and platform video identifiers. It may access limited account and channel information that the relevant platform API returns in order to confirm the authorized channel and complete an upload.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to prepare, upload, publish, and track the owner’s original videos. In particular, BubliPop Publisher may use authorized YouTube Data API access to identify the owner’s channel, upload a video, set a thumbnail, and record the resulting video identifier so the same file is not uploaded again.

4. Sharing and sale of data

BubliPop Publisher does not sell, rent, trade, or share YouTube API data or other platform data with third parties. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics resale, or any purpose unrelated to publishing the owner’s content.

5. Storage, retention, and deletion

Publishing records are kept only as long as needed to prevent duplicate uploads and operate the tool. Temporary server-side copies of successfully published videos are deleted after the configured retention period. Original source videos remain under the owner’s control. The tool does not intentionally collect personal information from website visitors.

The owner can delete queued or archived video files and publishing records from the tool’s controlled storage. The owner can also revoke the tool’s platform access as described below. The website itself does not retain visitor-submitted content.

6. Third-party policies

Use of YouTube API Services is also governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Security

Access tokens and publishing records are kept in restricted server-side configuration and storage. They are not placed in this public website or made available to website visitors.

8. Your choices and revoking access

The channel owner can revoke the tool’s access at any time through the relevant platform’s account-security or connected-app controls. If access is revoked, the tool can no longer publish or access the associated platform data until new authorization is granted.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the tool’s data practices change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
