Terms of Use

These terms describe the limited, personal use of BubliPop Publisher.

1. Personal use only

BubliPop Publisher is a private tool operated by the Bubli Pop channel owner. It is not a public product, service, or platform for other users.

2. Content responsibility

The channel owner is responsible for ensuring that every uploaded video, title, description, thumbnail, and other publishing detail complies with applicable law and the policies of YouTube, Meta, and any other platform used.

3. Platform services

When used to publish content, BubliPop Publisher interacts with third-party platform APIs under permissions authorized by the channel owner. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and community guidelines.

4. Availability and changes

The tool may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. Publishing can fail or be delayed because of internet connectivity, platform policies, API availability, account status, or other circumstances outside the tool’s control.

5. No transfer of rights

These terms do not transfer ownership of any videos, channel content, or platform accounts. All rights remain with their respective owners.
